$50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Hair is included in colors 1, 1B, 4, and 27 only. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Appointments will be canceled exactly @ 15 minutes no exceptions. If your appointment is canceled due to lateness, your $50 deposit will be forfeited. No call, no show appointments will result in loss of deposit and removal from future booking. Please do not wait until your scheduled appointment time to communicate that you will be late. Timeliness and professionalism are expected and appreciated. My schedule is structured around my daughter’s daycare hours, so I’m unable to accommodate late arrivals, as this may delay the remainder of my appointments for the day. CANCELLATION POLICY
A strict 14 minute grace period is provided for all appointments. @ 15 minutes late your appointment will be automatically canceled and I will no longer be able to accommodate your service. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. In the event that I need to cancel your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be refunded in full.
